Great staff and price! It seems there has been a lot of changes based on previous reviews. My experience has been nothing but positive. The property manager, sherry is always available to answer calls and visits. The staff is eager to help, property is clean and my service tickets are handle promptly. I will be renewing my lease when it expires in December!

The Teagen My experience at the Tegan Apartments has been awesome I have lived here almost a year now the parties they have for the residents here are fun and the kids enjoy it NEECHA IS SO HELP AND FUNNY WITHOUT HER IT WOULDN'T BE JOYFUL LOVE HER

Great Experience I toured the Teagen about a month ago and recently moved in. The office staff has been very helpful and my apartment was better than expected. After reading some reviews, I was somewhat hesitant to live here. Sherry in the office stayed in constant contact with me and made sure I understood each step of living here. I love the gates and the fitness center and the pool is always open and cleaned. So far, this place has exceeded my expectations.

Excited for our move in to Chisolm Park! My sister and I have recently applied to Chisolm Park and couldn't be more ecstatic to move in! We were greeted quickly and warmly by the staff here and decided to apply for a two bedroom the same day we were shown around! The apartments are clean and nice, the amenities are awesome, and the community seems like a great place for adults and children alike!!
