Verified Renter I have lived here almost six years now. Love The Retreat at River Ranch! Excellent management team and amazing maintenance team. They hear you when you call in for a request and they respond. I've had some management teams come and go and they were not so great. I still stayed - we have Olivia and Kristi back so amazing! They are really working on resident activities which is just great and they really take care of us. Plus great location to all major freeways so easy access to where you want to go.

Verified Renter Things are constantly breaking, we had to tell maintenance team that they bandaid they were putting on it wasn't working and they needed to actually fix the problem. There are so many layers of paint on the cabinets that they scratch really easily. They don't have handles on them. The drawers always fall off the tracks. Our neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours of the day. Even if your cars are registered, they will probably get towed since they only allow one assigned parking spot and heaven forbid each... read more
Verified Renter Retreat at River Ranch is just excellent and such a enjoyable community. The management team is awesome! The maintenance team is awesome. I've looked at other complex's at lease renewal times but always stay. It's been over five year's now and nothing beats Retreat at River Ranch!
