Newly remodeled units under new management It’s been 2 months since I signed my lease and I am extremely happy to call The Point on Flamingo my Home! It is under new management, grounds are well kept, any issues gets taken care of within the same day! Maintenance and Office staff are the very best, location is so convenient, the apartment features roommate style is all I’be ever wanted! I’ll definitely recommend you this place!!
Lots of Potential! I just moved in and the management is awesome! They have so many great ideas for the place. My apartments is really nice and brand new. The outside is still being fixed up but they said they have a lot of great things planned. Michael is the best and Sommer will help you with whatever you need, plus she is a smokeshow!
Love the new updates I love the new apartments they are doing here. The kitchens are amazing. I like that I have my own suite the best and they are improvign the outside too.
My apartment I live in a pretty nice apartment my rent is 745 a month. Its a two bedroom two bath roommate style. Its me my husband and our three children.
