Office Staff While visiting the office I could already tell this was going to be an amazing place to stay. I was greeted by two ladies and wasn’t sure who was going to help me but Britney took care if me. The apartment I viewed was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I will put in an application today because if the way I was treated and great prices for the one bedroom.
If you don't live here you should! Best decision I ever made moving in here! I moved here from out of town and the ladies in the office made it such an easy transition for me! They are willing to help me out with anything I have asked and always so nice!
Great area Just moved in a week ago and love it here. Everyone in the office is so helpful. The pool is great and everyone that we have met here has been so kind. Great apartments.
The Place Apartments Great location if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants but not if you want a quiet location. Overall there is nothing wrong with the apartment. I have lived here almost a year and have had very few issues. There are a few annoying things like the flooring hasn't been maintained and the painters did not do a very good job but nothing that you wouldn't expect in an apartment. The only complaint I have is that there is a lot of drug activity in the area and in the complex.
My 1 bedroom My apartment is currently one of the older versions in the complex but that's because they are updating everything to more modern versions. Stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, etc. I haven't had them do mine because of the inconvenience but this property is the reason I've been here 14 years. The management goes out of their way to show they care. Low crime. Good location to shops and restaurants. Love this property.
My little house in the sky I like the overall looks as in curb appeal. Lots of restaurants are across the street in walking distance. I wish I can afford a much more spacious one but the budget is not permitting that wish. The 3rd floor is where I live. By me being 53, my old knee surgery is showing its ugly face with excruciating pains sometimes. I look at it as a workout, stair climbing. The Place apartments are very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Great Enviorment and Area Wonderful place to live, the area is very peaceful and relaxing. The community is well maintained inside and out. Staff and neighbors are friendly, large walk-in closets, door to door valet trash pick up, big sparkling pool, community activities and events, shopping and fine dining are in walking distance and major highways are seconds away. I love my place.
Hospitality My apartment I feel take pride in there complex because Shirley takes the time to really show you true hospitality.
Management's terrible and they just want to charge you money anyway they can They won't do the maintenance requests usually or just act like they've done them and they charge you now to have guests park in the guests parking its a terrible place to live with lots of roaches and terrible dripping ac units that drip into your shower constantly, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else this place is trash
