Broken Lobby Door It’s good in general, maintenance is slow but the most upsetting is the the lobby door that brakes constantly! That makes deliveries more difficult and inconvenient for the residents having to go downstairs every time.

Love the FLATS Robyn is great and location is perfect. Unit and property is well maintained.
Good Place I have been living in this building for while now and I like. The building itself is nice and well kept. Unfortunately the first floor being a comercial area it can get very noise! The property manager is great and very helpful! It is a good place to live in.

Great Place Overall I think this is a great property. I rated every category for 5 stars except for appliances, noise and value. I don't think we have the best appliances available (I.e. coil stoves and an elevator that works only 1/3 of the time), and there is always going to be noise when living vertically. I think many other people would agree that this is not the most valuable apartment building in the city, but this is a wonderful place to live. Clean and convenient! Still looks brand new. Easy access to downtown, the interstate, UD campus, and lots of other options!
The flats at south park Graet experience, I didn’t face any issues since I live in the flats at south park, Everything is going awsome till now.
Flats at South Park I like very much the lication snd maintenance of the building. Property manager Robyn does a great job and is very helpful when I need anything. I am giving one star about the noises that come from the outside of the building due to the first floor being a commercial area, especially with a delivery to Cassano’s Pizza store at 4am on Tuesday’s by a Semi Truck making a very loud noise for almost 1 hour.
