Verified Renter As a new resident, the move in process was very easy. I was able to do everything on line. The building is very nice and there are excellent amenities. The location is great and you can walk to just about anywhere.

Verified Renter I just moved at the Crest three weeks ago , Jammie an Ellie are absolutely fantastic ,they help me out with the lease process and made my move in very easy. The building is very well maintained and quiet .The location is very convenient close to shoreline village and pine avenue with lots of restaurants .Great views from the rooftop .As other people mentioned the parking is not included at the rent and is something that the corporate office should reconsider .Gym has the basic missing couple of equipment but ... read more
