Verified Renter Anytime there’s an issue whether it be big or small the management team is super quick to get things resolved. The maintenance staff is also amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Grateful to have such a good staff to look out for us.

The building is very well maintained and quiet .The location is very convenient close to shoreline village and pine avenue with lots of restaurants .Great views from the rooftop .As other people mentioned the parking is not included at the rent and is something that the corporate office should reconsider .Gym has the basic missing couple of equipment but ... read more
