changes galore This apartment is a great size. I see no bugs Management has its issues. Keep raising prices but make no improvements.

CHEAP, OLD, DIRTY, NO INSULATION DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR YOUR MONEY I PROMISE! I have lived here for a year now (will be moving very soon!) and I have had nothing but bad experiences. The actual apartment is always cold/hot depending on outside weather because the windows are not sealed properly. Your A/C bill will be crazy high because if it is set on auto it will run 24/7. The walls look like there has been water damage that was never addressed and just painted over it. I had a big problem with bugs and roac... read more

DONT MOVE HERE I BEG OF YOU!! The first week me and my boyfriend moved it, things were falling apart! The bathroom door started to hang off the hinges and the handled to the freezer complete broke off! The counter tops in the kitchen started to come up! Everything looks like it was put together with a glue stick! Horrible paint job as well. You can tell they paint over ALOT of stuff on the walls. Roaches everywhere Don’t live here. My apartment wasn’t ready the day I was supposed to move in, I walked in on the guy painting with the AC off , 110 degrees in the apartment. My things were infested with roaches the second day. They told me I have to deal with pest control. Many times they said they sent them and did not. I demanded another apartment from corporate. Staff is horribly rude and they don’t care about anything but their commission. Dayrise is a joke. Everything in all the apartments is completely falling apart... read more

Worst apartment I've ever lived in by far!!! Ridiculously slow to fix maintenance issues... Management doesn't return calls and unless you go to the office and document issues practically threatening to report the complex they won't lift a finger to help. Parking is a nightmare if you arrive home after 7 pm! My overall payment has increased $100 each year I've lived here and the apartment itself only becomes in greater disrepair. Anywhere has got to be better than this place, especially for the price paid!! I would give zero... read more

INFESTED WITH BED BUGS As a new resident of Catalina on Bellaire, I moved to apartment 22**, on March 11th. For my surprised, on March 13th, my mother and I woke up full of bites. Not knowing what happened to us we both went thought our clothes, sheets, towels looking for signs of anything possible. On my mattress I found a bug which I got it and placed on a ziplock. "One star and a half" " I have been living 2 years already in this complex. First year was ok. second years some changes: property owners,management, staff. Poor maintenance service, not enough parking for residents who own more than one car. I got one of my vehicles towed and i had to pay to release it, that should not happen in a place you pay for living! Planning to move out next year, after my lease expire "
