Community Living Due to the sense of community with staff and residents, we have signed our second year lease! Feels like condo living not apartments. Wonderful amenities and events. I especially enjoy the yoga classes offered. Recent elevator issue due to lighting strike has impacted 2nd and 3rd floor residents. However management keeps residents updated on repair. Best Place in Nocatee to Live! Peaceful location and so convenient to Nocatee Town Center for shopping and eating. Flagler Health and Baptist Health medical offices are 3 minutes away! Council on Aging and all its activities are also a few minutes down the road! The apartment complex here is well maintained; the clubhouse is beautiful and open to community gatherings. Resort Living at its Best! If you are looking for hassle-free living, in a quiet, relaxing environment, The Atwater at Nocatee is for you! The staff is great, and Mimi puts together a fun, action packed list of activities each month- something for everyone. The grounds are well maintained as well as the apartments. Gorgeous Property My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and we’re both absolutely thrilled about it! We’re renters by choice, for over twenty years, and we’ve never experienced anything to this quality before. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the buildings and clubhouse are fresh and clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and there’s even a monthly calendar full of fun events! It’s like living at a resort. Highly recommended.

What the leasing center won’t tell you This is a beautiful place to live and we’ve enjoyed our two years living here BUT please be aware of the following things the leasing center will not tell you: - Your rent WILL increase by 20% each year. Don’t be fooled by the rent special. - DONT live by the pool you will hear your neighbors at the pool/ bbq area with the tv/music very frequently up until midnight. Renters Beware! The Apartments and buildings are not properly cleaned, they charge you pest control but there are roaches and spiders all throughout the buildings. Property is not handicap accessible besides ramps, the doors are not and this is extremely inconvenient for my mother. Our apartment and building has had mold for over 7 months and they wont do anything about it even threatened to evict us if we continued to bring it up. The property management are extremely dishonest and not welcoming to the tenants at all.
