Great place to live Has been great and don't plan on moving.
Peace and quiet During my first 6 months living here, it was very quiet and spacious.
Maintance Good so far, maintance came in and i was napping but he didnt yell out to me to tell me of his presence and I woke up to a man working on my bathroom right next to my bed. He could have said something once he noticed me sleeping. Im uncomfortable with that. Also the two sinks he worked on now both leak and they did not leak before.
Great place to live I've had nothing but positive experiences at the armory and plan on living here for the next 5 years till I graduate. 10/10 I highly recommend this loft.

Excellent place to live Very nice place to live. Close to city bus stand and campus.

My biggest issue is honestly the quality of the apartment itself- lots of little things like cracked and stained linoleum, foggy windows with peeling paint, loose wall and cabinet trim, and a shoddy paint ... read more
Good Place A pretty good place to live. Pretty close to campus and an easy drive to Lafayette stores
Great spot, needs some more effort and thought Parking is suspicious due to neighboring house. Appliances and fittings are very old. Great space that is let down but the other aspects
