Clean I just moved in and I really love the place, very clean, the housekiping Ashle left the apartment totally smelling refreshing It's great to arrive at a place and be well received, I appreciate it.

An excellent place to Live . An excellent place to live. I moved in three months ago. I love my apartment, the pool, and the maintenance is also excellent. 100% recommended.

Love the new renovations Jasmine is so so awesome and helpful! The new renovations are stunning and we love the pools!
I love it here! I got to work with Jasmine during my whole leasing process and she was amazing! She had all the answers I needed and was in constant communication with me. I really have enjoyed being in my newly renovated unit and getting to meet my wonderful neighbors.

It's alright. I didn't like how my apartment wasn't like the pictures on the website, it definitely wasn't as nice. We couldn't see the exact apartment ready until we moved in, and it had some issues. One of our toilets didn't work, the sinks leaked, the walls were still slightly wet with paint, toilets, carpets, showers, all dirty. The dishwasher is ancient and barely works. There were also random screws and staples laying around on the carpets also. But, no bugs, so that's a plus.
