could be better I believe that there could be improvements to parking, if no spots are available for the now 3 buildings street parking is unfortunate and for what they charge for rent and then added fee for parking pass or garage. There seems to be an unenforced no smoking policy so the building constantly smells like weed. We have outstanding repair requests from 3 years ago that seem to be forgotten. Great Experience I've lived here for almost a year and have had no issues. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues. It is very quite and I feel safe.
Technology Apartments I like living here. The apartments are nice. I like the layout and the amenities. I also like that it is secure, the doors are keyless, and the mail is very easy to get. Only complaint would be central air is weak and the blinds arent the best.

Good location It’s nice location walking distance from Costco and everything else is within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. Its new apartments everything is fairly new. Maintenance is a bit poor and slow and I wish there were more trees, bigger lawn and sitting area with picnic tables for tenants also bigger playground for kids but all you can see from windows is ugly looking garages.
3 star rating Initially things were well kept up, building kept clean , staff very friendly . The garbage area could use improvement, some of the boards are broken, weathered looking. I question how often the stairwells are cleaned, vacuumed ? There was an area where something was spilled or dropped, looked like ice cream, or maybe a dog got sick ? Really Nice Apartments I've been here for over two years now and it's been great. When I have had problems with other tenants the office managers have been very helpful. I've only had to call maintenance twice for super minor problems and they come help fix the problem very quickly. The apartments are pretty much sound proof in my opinion. I love it here.
I loved it! I have lived here for almost a year now and I have loved every minute! The staff are great, units are gorgeous, and I always feel safe!
Excellent I definitely enjoyed living in the studio apartment and I look forward to upgrading to a 1 bedroom soon
