St Clair Lofts I have lived here for almost a year and haven't really had any problems. The staff is amazing. It can get noisy sometimes but nothing too crazy. Just kind of depends on your neighbors. People living here are friendly and I haven't had any issues.
Over priced already The equipment in the gym is lacking. The community room is locked frequently. The back court yard is extremely noisy due to the AC units. We live next to a homeless shelter. You are going to take three weeks to replace a window, and we will not be compensated for being plunged into darkness. Now you are planning on upping our rents by 10 - 15%?
