Verified Renter Quiet community. My bathroom is very old and needs to be updated. Rent needs to reflect the condition of the apts. You have to pay a monthly fee for the owner to tell you how much your rent is which is crazy and unheard of in my experience and still have to pay a fee to pay the rent.
