Resident The Parking is always full
property review Staff are bad at responding to messages. They seem to be very disorganized. Children run around the hallways at night. I like the units they are nice but the other residents are tough to deal with. I hope it gets better.

Unhappy resident at the moment This place is under staffed, alot of noise from kids running in the halls all hours of the day and night. Kids are trashing and breaking exits signs in the hallways. Trash are left in the hallways from kids eating snacks. Cars are parked underground and people are smoking cigarettes down there which can cause an explosion or worse. It hasn't even been a year and the building is starting to look like trash and is being run to the grown.
Spring House Maintenance feels non-existent right now, parking is horrendous. Staff feels lazy and incompetent
