Great place to live! Great apartment and beautiful location right near Sharon Woods Park. Nicely appointed interior and huge closets. Maintenance is always prompt and professional.

Nice apartment I have lived in Shadow Hill since 2007. Overall, it's a fine place to live.
A quiet place to live I have lived her for almost a year. I really like the area and staff and it's quiet. The only problem is my apartment is not updated except the floors. I feel for the rent I pay it could be updated a little.
Good Apartment, noisy neighbors Our apartment is well maintained and maintenance is fairly good about responding to requests in a timely manner. Parking can be annoying sometimes but I’ve never not had a spot near my apartment. The noise in my building is a little annoying at times. We have neighbors across the hall who are loud quite frequently. They have kids that scream a lot and they run up and down the hallway. Also sometimes have a dog over that barks a lot and I’m pretty sure dogs aren’t allowed in the apartments. Ove... read more
