Don’t expect any of the listed amenities to work. According to the management the washer and dryer are “amenities” and therefore not guaranteed. So, long story short, plan on doing your laundry at a laundry mat if you live here. My son hasn’t had a working washer since he moved in and they have no timeline on when it might be fixed. Also, has only had a/c about half the time.

Bugs AC issues and broken sinks My apartment was infested with carpet beetles and the leasing manager initially refused to pay the bill for the carpet cleaning services, almost to a point of a yelling match. Aside from the lack of professionalism, the staff waives certain fees to residents if they leave good reviews--hence: do not trust the good reviews. You'd be better off living in your car than here.

Do NOT live here I would not recommend anyone live here. Some of the staff is friendly, most do not know what they are talking about. The unit itself can range from disgusting to mediocre, depending on which building and unit you're placed in.

Worst apartment complex in auburn I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt but they are not friendly and very rude. I ask for simple things to be fixed it’s always a problem . Nobody who lives here has had a mailbox key for over a month we have to get them to open our boxes , but one week they literally closed down Saturday and Sunday without any prior notice and I could not get my important mail. I can’t even lie worse place ever.
Apartment was not ready on move in day My daughter and her roommates were excited to move in their first apartment. However, when we arrived the apartment was not complete. There were missing blinds in one room, broken towel bar, missing bathroom tiles, a cracked window, missing shower curtains, a/c not working and the list goes on and on. Don’t live here. I didn’t live here (and never would) but their kid manger was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was trying to file a complaint for my friend who did live there. The desk worker, I’m not joking, stormed outside and tried to fight me over the complaint I made about their desk staff not knowing anything and giving out wrong information. Disorganized management and disrespectful workers.
