I have been staying here for about a month, and so far so good. It's very quiet and safe. The only minor issue is that the maintenance team is a bit slow. But they do get the things done eventually.
Well maintained quiet property. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Work orders are handled quickly and efficiently. Really good place to live. Just don’t be late with the rent. They do not play.
We loved living at Rivermont for 4 years! The office staff was always great and very helpful. It's a nice, quiet community. The location is great, you can easily get anywhere in town very quickly and I've lived all over town!
I lived at Rivermont Apartments for over a year and thoroughly enjoyed my living experience here! It is located near the River Walk, which is great for biking or running. The pool area is so nice and clean. I would recommend Rivermont to anyone!
I lived here for three years (just moved out in July) and thoroughly enjoyed every second. It's a very quiet community with beautifully well kept grounds. My apartment faced the woods so there wasn't any light pollution at night for me either. I loved going for quiet walks along the river every night with my dog and am really going to miss the location!
