I love Ridgeview Place!! Me and my family have lived at Ridgeview for the last year and a half. Might I say our time living here has been wonderful. Our new management company has taken great care of this property and are taking steps in the right direction. We recently got a new roof on our building and new fences to improve the safety of our community. I LOVE IT! Me and my family will defiantly renew our lease here in March.

AMAZING!!! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Ridgeview Place this weekend apartment hunting. Already stressed out and disappointed by what I had already seen so far that day and in past weeks, just driving into the division was refreshing. Cozy Suburb Living, Without the Suburb Price This building is great for people who want to get the suburban feeling, without committing to a house or townhome. With various restaurants and shopping options like Tom Thumb, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and even independent health food stores nearby - especially since the apartment is located near Las Colinas - living in this location is incredibly helpful. Avoid Grounds aren’t kept. Offered amenities such as fitness center, and security gates have been inoperable for years. Management changes every 6 months.
Hate it here! I hate it here, I mean I really hate it here!!! They have water bugs for one, for two the apartments are patched up, they don’t actually fix things and for 3 the paint job in the actual apartment is awful, my toddler could've done a better job. The staffing office is so lazy, If I could afford to break my lease, trust me I would!! Save yourself the headache and actually find an apartment that’s worth your hard earned money. If I could choose anything less than one star, I would.

Very poor maintenance service and constant high management turnover! Its 94 degrees outside and my apartment is 82 degrees! The a/c is on 71 degrees. It's not working still! My original a/c issue was in April 2019 hear it is June 2019. I've gotten poor excuses and maintenance crew are very incompetent. I've filed a maintenance job after maintenance job, over four maintenance issues about this same exact issue! At this point, I'm fed up and will be filing a formal complaint! This is completely unacceptable!

They don’t care about their residents I been living at Ridgeview place for 2 1/2 years I have battled a bug infestation asking for them to come do an extermination they came twice and I still had bugs. They started towing randomly and cost me 300 dollars they force you to get a parking pass everyday for your visitors and they don’t take in consideration that their residents work hours that don’t allow us to get the parking permits. Absolute Nightmare. DO NOT RENT! We moved in when it was under a different management company. The new management has been nothing but rude, extremely difficult to get in contact with (office closed at random hours, 0/7 answered or returned phone calls, no response via email either), our apartment was infested with bed bugs, false advertising such as the "dog park"; it just a giant concrete slab with a torn down chain-link fence around it, and overall an absolute nightmare.
