The rent is fine, I do think all apartments need to be updated, not just some. This is my 3rd year here and it has slowly started to fall apart and run down. It’s so many apartments going up around the area and I hear from others that they would move just to have an upgraded unit. And that is understandable.

Redhawk is definitely on the top of our list on where to move when our lease is up. Looking forward to possibly becoming residence here.
I enjoy living here, apartments are very spacious. Maintenance takes action when it comes to repairs. The leasing office people are great they work with you, and make you feel at home. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent apartment at a decent price. They are way better than other apartments around here and they are worth for its price. I would rent again here and recommend it.

They are too expensive plus this 2x the rent is ridiculous that why we have so many homeless people and families because some of us got evicted do the THIER disability and only get SSDI income which ain't much but somehow our government thinks it is and this apartment is like most of them they don't understand your situation and don't work with you
