Unsatisfied Current Resident Don't bother -- The office staff is unprepared and unprofessional to say the least. They offer "specials," but find weak loopholes in order to not pay out for them. Not only is this infuriating, but when you speak to them about it, they are nothing short of abhorrently rude to you.
