I was treated with great respect, the manager showed me the apartment and I was so surprised by the space of the rooms. She answered all my questions. It was a excellent tour.

Dog park hasn’t been maintained like it should be. Broken gate, down boards and provided bag receptacle is never filled. The asphalt in front of my building is in bad repair, resolution was cones….do better.
This place isn’t worth almost 1600.00 rent for this old apartments I’ve got several things that don’t won’t I report it and nothing gets fixed
It’s not great it could be a lot better management makes up there own new rules different from what you signed in the leases and expect you to just go along with it my window Was broken for over a year and they acted like it was ok they mess but take no accountability for anything it’s great apts in kc this isn’t one of them
Can’t get simple answers for qualifications. I’m ready with money in hand ready to move I just need to know if I’ll be accepted before I waste money

Move in dates were changed 3 times...had to cancel professional movers twice. Manager tried to raise the rent while I was in the middle of finalizing the move in process. Upon being able to finally see the chosen unit....it was filthy....stove and microwave not cleaned....light fixture were dirty....a toilet had evidence of urine on the stool.
