Inconsistent Management I lived comfortably at this apartment for five years and enjoyed the many amenities that they offered such as a pool, a campus shuttle, and a highly equipped gym. The rent was relatively cheap compared to other places in town, and with all these amenities, it seemed like an ideal place to live. Great deal,awesome amenities Millennium apartments are a great value, everything is included in your rent but electric. Even cable and Internet. The apartments are very big also. There is an in doors full size poo., and hot tub, an out side area for laying out, an awesome gym.... I mean awesome, and an indoor basketball/racquet ball court. The area is a great area also, close to shopping, on a bus route and close to 37.
Millennium Apartments Millennium provides a long list of amenities, beautiful apartments and facilities for a competitive price in the Bloomington, IN. My favorite aspects of my single are the view of the dog park from the back porch, no hassles for parking and an awesome gym.
Millennium Apartments The apartment complex itself is nice. We have a gym, a pool and a puppy "park" at our property, the sister property has more amenities that we can use as well. The puppy park they sold us on is really a tiny space with a fence all around, it's nice because our dog can go without a leash, but other than that, don't let them build it up. Nice place I've lived here at two different times over the past five years. The apartments are nice but management suck. They are not friendly at all! If you are a young adult wanting a nice place with a lot of extras.. fine! This is the place for you! But if you are wanting a place for a longer term... keep looking!
dirty place. worst Management I wish I can give 0.0 stars ! Although I always paid on time, Management tried to charge for late fees that never happened. When I tried to discuss the issue, they never answered my calls. Took me several weeks and multiple emails to solve the situation. Rented for two years and management never took care of the building. Hallways and stairs were covered with dirt and mold. At the end of the contract, they charged $50.00 for cleaning even when the inspector said it was perfectly cleaned by us.
Would give 0 stars if I could First of all don’t trust the star ratings on the main page. Notice how most of the reviews are 1-star but somehow the app still rates this place as 4.5 stars! Not a chance! Now on to my review... I finished my lease last summer. The apartment was left in the exact same condition it was found (including the carpet). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRID PLACE! Rude management, exploitative to renters and will charge you exorbitantly when you move out. Horrible people bad experience with them.
LIVE ELSEWHERE I've lived here for 3-1/2 years and this complex has only gone down hill. Save your money and live elsewhere. Since the management change, the staff is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. There is inadequate parking requiring you to walk 0.42 miles to park legally. My kitchen has flooded twice. There are major spider, ant, and mold issues. As well as people not cleaning up after their pet waste. This is the absolute worst apartment experience ever.
