Good Price for the Location Pros: Great location. Great price for the location. Great floor plans Cons: Noisy. Noisy neighbors and two noisy apartments behind it. Every weekend is a noisy pool party. Maybe I'm just getting too old to live over here?
Uptown Living without Uptown Pricing Metropolitan at Cityplace is located perfectly in the middle of the triangle between Uptown a block to the West, Knox-Henderson/Greenville a couple blocks to the North, and Downtown 5 minutes to the South. Spacious, but has its cons The apartments themselves are stylish and have plenty of space. Conveniently located near uptown and everything else one might need. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond if you need it, gated, and extremely strict on resident parking-only inside the gates and handicapped parking. The pool area is very nice and maintained, looks newly updated. Gotta weigh the pros and cons Pros: 1. Close to Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Lower Greenville, SMU, Deep Ellum 2. Pool is nice, staff friendly, good layout of space in the apt Cons: 1. Rent kinda high, but not terrible. 2. Valet trash service. 3. No issues with parking yet, but not many spots. Over all I am happy living here and would recommend it to anyone.
