Just trying to be more positive and visible I came here With Ashley running it here and i adored her. She helped me tremendously thru a rough time and im forever grateful. Ill be honest I dont know the new staff but I dont ever see them. The times ive stopped in office I dont see anyone in office and the only thing that does bother me is these emails disciplining tenants for things that may come out. Safe and amazing community Ive been here for a yr and i cant say enough. The management and maintenance are so kind and efficient. The amenities go above and beyond and the overall community has been nothing but friendly.

Nice Community Moved in at the end of April. Loving it so far. It seems to be under construction a lot recently by the new property manager. Nice and clean community, great floor plan and an okay price. Just a bit noisy due to being very close to i95 and the recent construction made it a bit worse. Close and seal the window and you are good.
Sometimes, it's nice here and... Sometimes, it's not. While residents are living here, don't expect any painting or upkeep involving the flooring. I know people who have lived here for more than 10 years and Merion Milford will not update the worn carpeting or paint the dingy walls. Even if the paint and flooring aren't new when someone moves in, they could live in that same apartment for 20 years and no new flooring or painting will be done.
