Great Place Been here around 6 months, loving it so far.
Wonderful place to live Love it here.. The staff are very friendly efficient in resolving any issues. Professional. Maintenance is excellent.

Best value apartments in town. Not perfect, but the units are quite nice, and for the price it has great space and a comfortable environment. No major complaints.
Overall decent housing. So far this has been an overall good experience. I just wish the pool would be clean enough to use as we haven't been able to swim all summer. We run into a lot of maintainance issues, but they are typically quick to repair and or replace. Staffing is nice and it comes with some good amenities.
Great value The value when compared with nearby apartments makes Madison park an easy choice. If parking were better and it wasn't across from a train track, it would be basically perfect for an apartment.
