Average lived 2 years no more garbage service which is good. The pool has NEVER been opened to residents. Has been out of commission 2 summers straight with no plausible response to when it will be up and running if ever. Such a stark contrast to what's advertised as one of the amenities for this property - to still use the images is misleading
I enjoy my place no issues as of yet I enjoy my place and the location there have not been any issues as of yet. I do wish the pool could open up

Property Review I have been a resident for almost 4 years. I love the location of the apartment complex, there is an ease of getting to and from work with the location being so close to the expressway. I love the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms in addition to closet space. Maintenance is very responsive to orders and repairs and the staff has always been very friendly and supportive. It has been a pleasure being a resident here.
1 bedroom apartment For the most part pretty quite, convenient location. Apartments needs updating. Don't like the fact you don't have a choice now on how you pay your rent. I pay more now paying online then when I did by just getting a money order which now makes my account negative.
Time to update Kitchen and bathroom needs an update , also the wood on the balcony needs maintenance, along with the guardrail.. more attention to landscaping. At times trash is blown around from the wind
