The management here is so disappointing poor communication. the leasing people don’t care about rent apartments. do not apply!!!!! And get ready I’m going to call corporate!!!!
The worst place I have ever rented from. We have been trying to get our hot water fixed for months. All I hear is excuses why or why not we do not have hot water. It has been like a horror movie. My water has been in the 70s. The upstairs bathroom won't even reach 100 degrees even after they supposedly fixed it. I called the city of Richardson supposedly they are helping with the matter but not really sure what help they have done. I am current sitting in a apartment that is 90 degrees because the emergency maintenance man said it is to late to add freon to my air conditioning unit so it will cool down in here. He is literally emergency maintenance and he's useless. I've already been hit in the head by the air conditioning door in my bathroom that's suppose to be latched securely. I can't wait to move. These apartments are old and poorly maintained. the parking is AWFUL....and is getting worse. There are roughly 20 visitor spots for the entire property and as of November 1st that is only if a visitor pass is present. The office staff is rude and unconcerned about anything past the rent and overinflated water bills. I regret moving here and cannot wait for my lease to be up.
