Jamie is a breath of fresh air!! So, The Jaxon Apartments are honestly a pretty good spot if you’re looking to live in Arlington. The location is very convenient you’re close to tons of shops, restaurants, and it’s easy to get to major highways, which is a huge plus if you’re commuting. The amenities are what really shines. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars! THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE UNIVERSE. Do not live here!!!! Fair warning! Roach infested. Staff horrible & do not help. Maintenance half do a job or never show up! It's terrible. Old and outdated. There are homeless people who live on the floor for free, right outside your door. Trash and dog poop everywhere you step. Just save yourself the time and money!

RUN if i could give them 0 stars i would. let’s start from the outside in. the property is filthy looks like you’re in the slums. move in and you already have roommates(roaches). i’ve asked 1 too many times for them to spray or move me and they refuse. i want out.

Office manager Jamie rude They have gone under new management and replace the state with a rude new manager. I have to call for hours to get help. My power has been out for hours and I was given no notification. When I called I was told it would be back on soon it was a quick maintenance issue that was hours ago. When I go to the rental office Jamie rudely questions me on why I opened my refrigerator, as if I don’t need to eat. plan on leaving I just recently moved here and I have not had ac or working hot water at all. It’s about to be a month of me living here and I’ve been forced to sit in a apartment that doesn’t get any cooler than 80 degrees and have freezing cold water. When I moved in I let the leasing office and maintenance team know and little has been done about it. I’m very disappointed and plan on leaving this place very soon

DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is no hot water!!! We literally just went 7 days without hot water, just to have it work for only 4 days and stop working again. The only way to get any response from the office is to physically go down there. No one answers phone calls or emails. I’ve even contacted the management office that runs these apartments and NOTHING was done. Do NOT move here. At least once a month the water is off, or there is no hot water. Run! I mean it’s a beautiful property. But it’s poorly ran. Rent is too high for the service you receive. Maintenance don’t know how to fix anything and the payments you make to your account “disappear,” and management can’t find it. This property was doing well with the prior management, Ashland Greene though, I don’t know what’s worst, their office staff, their maintenance or their corporate team.
