Fyi- Highland Pointe is great place, great staff, nice residents, and its a super safe neighborhood. Donna, Kim and Candace are a class act of joy and knowledge. Close to Highways, restaurants, entertainment, and family funstions/ parks. As a business owner, single dad, and someone whom enjoys classy, kind, and professional people. This place is a must see. I love living here. When things go wrong they get right on it and fix it. Donna, Kim and Candice in the office are awesome and so is Patrick, Brooks and Miguel. It is so quit and safe.
The nicest and most professional staff ever!! They have provided my husband and myself with A+ customer service. If there was anything thtat needed to be fixed, they were on it. They also make sure that you feel completely at home.
We just moved out of this apartment complex, and I have to say that the experience there was nothing short of fantastic. The maintenance staff are all friendly and professional, the managerial staff are very accommodating, and there was only ever one small problem with a neighbor. During the week with no power …
