Pretty reasonable If you love the city life, this is a great location. In the center of all the big things people and tourist travel to see. ATT stadium, baseball field, six flags, hurricane harbor all in viewable distances. Not to mention grocery stores, malls, restaurants, etc.. all in your backyard. Pretty good for the price My apartment has been pretty good. I haven't had to call maintenance yet. I have been here 7 months of my lease. The only issue I have are cockroaches. I understand the people around me aren't as clean as myself so I am very proactive and they are very few sightings the 7 months I have been here. Kirsty in the office is pretty cool. She has a pretty good sense of humor. The office manager is very professional and does take time to discuss things one on one with you. My only main issue which is why i... read more
