I absolutely love living at Ferry Rd Apartments. I love my neighbors. It's like a community. It's quiet and friendly. Management does a wonderful job keeping the grounds clean and being prompt on maintenance requests. It's a good place to live.

Overall, the complex was nice for the price. There is always spots available utilities are included in the price and it’s close to the hospital/nursing school. However, because of the location where we are, there are a lot of animals around the apartment and one actually broke into my apartment. Over one of my breaks away from school when I went home, I came back to find a mouse had chewed through the baseboard. The mailboxes are also broke constantly.
