Emerald Ridge Great place to live. Maintenance staff is always quick to respond to requests. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious and well maintained.

Lack of Communication, Smells like weed 24/7 My biggest complaint about Emerald Ridge is the lack of communication between the staff, maintenance, and us. When an issue requires maintenance, we fill out a request online but have to follow up in order to get the ball rolling. The office staff repeatedly promises that maintenance will come "tomorrow" or "Monday" but they rarely show up.
