Eaton square. The price the apartment was listed for was not what I recieved when I got my first months rent notice. After the utilities,sewage, maintenance, trash and boilers fees, rent went up an additional $200. Should have mentioned charges before handing over the pen to sign the lease, I probably would have changed my mind. The plumbing system is terrible. Property manager is rude Don't stay here. The apartments have issues with bedbugs. They also have issues with rodents and mold. The property manager is all about money and not fixing the problem

Could be ALOT better. The wall have a nice paint job although they have the same density of cardboard as you practically claw them apart. The roofs are small and somewhat cramped and we often have appliance issuses such as dishwasher, sink, shower ect. This is not the place I hoped to raise my child as a single mom.
