Get your traps ready Roaches, bedbugs, now mice. It’s great, if you’ve been in the field your gonna love it here. Sound of their little feet running at night is very therapeutic. Management has been pretty nice about it though, set an appointment prior for yesterday for pest control to check them out and still waiting. Caught 6 in a 2 week span and kinda curious if they can beat my high score
Think about your Family Crystal Woods on the appearance seems okay, until you're here for a month. 1. Terrible floors, I could hear conversations of my neighbors throughout the night consistently. 2. Terrible water pressure, you can only be on scolding hot or freezing cold. If on warm, the sound of a jackhammer (literally) will sound through the walls and if not you, you can hear it happening to you neighbors. 3. Customer Service Nightmare!!!!!!!! Me and my spouse visited crystal woods today. Expecting to come in and speak to someone about an apartment to view and to begin the application process, but the customer service was horrible. Mind you, they are current under new management as of June 2018. We walked in and sat down while both of the leasing agents were on the phone. Newlyweds First Home We loved our experience with Wardell here at Crystal Woods. This is our first apartment as newlyweds and he has made us feel like family. The newly renovated properties are an amazing price for all that is offered. We are a good distance from the highway, shopping malls, and entertainment.
Top Notch Customer at it's best You tend to read the reviews of others before you write your own. I have been in customer service for many many many years. I tell you what I went this weekend and was a little unsure. The property was clean and many friendly tenants. I walked into the office and Mr. Gatlin excused himself from the customer he was taking care of and warmly greeted myself and my family. Shook my hand as well as my young God daughter's hands. Great community! I've lived at the Crystal Woods for 1 year, and had a great experience! The office / maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They took extra time to make some repairs on my place to "get it right." I LOVED the location and how accessible the surrounding restaurants and shopping areas are from my building

Great Community close to DC!! My husband and I have lived at Crystal Woods for Almost 3 years now and we love our place and the office staff is always great and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy! Highly recommend this complex for anyone to make it their home.

AVOID. AWFUL. Lived here for 2 years because it was the best price in the area. You get what you pay for. The website and beautiful pictures are smoke and mirrors. We had a "renovated" apartment and the only thing nice were the new appliances. The new washer/dryer was so loud we had to have it replaced twice. Roaches would show up every other month even though our place was spotless. The complex would lose water randomly without warning at least once a month - without any cause. STAY AWAY!!!! WORST EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! This building is so cheaply made you can hear every time upstairs neighbor walks around. Do you think it's just apartment living? Think again.
