8 Years here Quality of management has varied over the years. Some friendly others not so much. Was told my failed windows would be replaced 7 years ago, STILL WAITING! Pretty much NO amenities but water and garbage. They just enlarged the corporate office and did not add amenities for tenants. Washers and dryers are not efficient nor work properly at times.
dirty gross smells The hallway smells like dog droppings. The balcony is covered in dog urine and nobody cleans
Parking The parking is very bad. Have to move your vehicle every 2 hrs in order to avoid a parking ticket. Garage parking is a waiting list ??
No compassion Hard on people and poor willingness to work with residents during a hard times.
It's a good location There's to many homeless people out front.
