Love this place!!! Finally a mánager that cares and actually been here for a while she has turned this property around for the best. Highly recommend it.

Chenal Place Apartments I have lived here a year. I just recently renewed my lease I love the area. Crime rate is pretty low we did have a incident where someone busted out some car windows. Lucky my car wasn't affected. The apartments could use some upgrading. The carpet in my apartment was poorly installed. You can tell it was a rush job. Second pool is still out of order so I didn't get the chance to enjoy the pool this summer which sucks. Neighbors are very nice very quiet.
