Verified Renter A Trash dump in the back INSTEAD of JUST one in the front would be awesome. Just think about people who may be carless or disabled who have difficulties to make it to the front A computer lab that is active with a printer and fax that works would be so AWESOME A back way to get in the gym until 10pm even AFTER the office is closed would be awesome A restroom that is open and accessible while at the pool would be lovely. I just wish that they keep up with the issues at hand nothing major but the upkeeping of making sure the breezeways get pressure washed and the patios and the parking needs to be addressed but other then that things have gotten much better and i love my cozy apartment
Verified Renter My experience here has been great, every now and then my neighbors get a little rowdy. But overall, it's a nice place to stay at. I've been here going on 3yrs, I stayed once before and moved back in. So glad to be in a nice, place.

NEW MANAGEMENT New Management came and it's only gotten worst. These people get all in your business had the nerve to ask for my life insurance policy. Every little thing you don't comply with they put a eviction notice on your door. They have asked for my 401k paystubs child support bank statements just to still go up on my rent. I'm telling you please consider else where because I am. Lesson learned!!
