Great Place I just moved in and already loving it! It is so close to downtown and walking distance to work and all macon has to offer.
True Review So far so good. The staff is nice. My neighbors are nice. Location is very convenient. They had started remodeling some things but there are other things such as the window panes and windows that need updating for the price that you pay to live here. I have lived here going on 2 years.
No criticism I have only lived here a month. I have no criticism. Only one suggestion for some better lighting around the garbage area. Early morning garbage drop off is a little sketchy because not well lit.

It’s great to live downtown Sound proofing btw apartments! Needs new windows, Needs cameras & security. Better trash service, better parking, better lighting, clean up of the area, designated pet/ dog park, better laundry options. Despite all those things it’s a great place to live.
Happy Tenant I've had the pleasure of living here about 7-8 mths. I truly enjoy it. My apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is a very comfortable space. Coming from suburb "country" living I had to retrain my comfort levels. So Ive had a little bit of learning curve living on a busy hwy with lots of log trucks. I do enjoy having the space behind the complex to be able to walk my dog. I feel extremely safe in the parking lots and the buildings. All of my neighbors are very nice.
