Review 1 Apartment complex is great!
Bent Tree Apartments Location, apartments, and staff are great. Maintenance could be better, but overall really enjoying my stay here.
Bent Tree Apt Review I have lived here for about a year and a half and it is fine. It isn't great, but if I have any real issues I can call and get a work order done by the end of the day.
Not worth the price I have been living here for about half a year and it has not been the best experience. We have had issues with repairs, house not being cleaned when we moved in, water leaks they have come in multiple times to "repair" (paint over). Apartment flooded the firs time I ran the dishwasher due to it not being properly installed and hooked up. Moving somewhere new should be a happy experience, not one filled with issues.
Somewhat overpriced The apartments are too old to cost as much as they do. They are the price of a mortgage but are old apartments that have been painted over a thousand times. The price increases are just do to greedy companies and have nothing to do with anything else. The staff is really nice and friendly but the apartments leak, windows are broken, constantly have a musky smell when it rains, and are not worth the price. Moved in and lots of things were broken. Dishwasher leaks, shower faucet leaks, AC doesn’t work, windows don’t close all the way, kitchen countertops are chipped, kitchen cabinets don’t close all the way, and alarm doesn’t work. Ridiculous because I was told that nobody had lived in the unit for a while prior to me moving in and they needed to “refresh it” prior to me moving in. Either maintenance/cleaning are reeeeeally bad at their jobs or they simply didn’t do anything.
