The Resorts @ Bear Creek I am honored to write a review for my Apartment . My apartment complex provides a very safe environment all around from the apartment grounds to the pool and volleyball and tennis courts. The lighting is Awesome and the personnel is Awesome they are very kind and helpful. I feel very safe day or night.
Wouldnt recommend The staff is horrible! Doesn’t appear that they’re here to work for their clients. I had my air conditioning go out in mid summer and it took a week to fix and more than three days for it to be acknowledged as a problem. No follow ups on progress of fix until I reached out, apparently there was a part they had to order and never told me that it wouldnt be fixed the same or even the next day. Terrible Phone System Every since these apartments gained a new owner, the phone system has been absolutely terrible. I can never reach anyone to ask about packages that were delivered to the office, rent and other general questions. I literally have to take time from my busy schedule and go to the office if I want to talk to someone. It would take a two minute call to answer questions but instead I have to take time from my work schedule to drive down to the office and personally ask questions.
