It’s a really nice place to live , the staff do an outstanding job making sure ever tenant is well taken care of .

There are water issues from time to time. Problems with tenants not picking up after their pets. Laundry room is not respectful of others. Shrubs and trees have died out and not been replaced. The place is old and it needs renovations. The staff and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful.
