Great Apartments in Chandler, AZ I have lived at a handful of properties in Chandler, and I've enjoyed Autumn Creek the most. It's very spacious for the price and the staff is friendly.

Good price and location The prices are good. Location is perfect close to downtown Chandler near my job and I had a great experience when I went to look at these apartments! The 2 bedroom with washer is cute and upgraded!

chandler meadows I don't live here now but I uses to and there management wasn't bad. The apartments are nice and pretty big even for there smallest ones. Pool area and club house are awesome and pool was clean always. The jacuzzi is in a little area thats kind of by its self which I really like. Its a good area. Not the best way to get in and out but the area is good nice neighborhood behind them. Nice and friendly neighbors. Premium If your looking for a premium living space this is the place. I haven't had any issues with management. Issues are almost always resolved quickly.
Dont waste your time It’s been 4months and they still haven’t return my deposit… even corporate don’t answer.
Autumn creek The apartment complex was a horrible home to have ! First of all I moved in for a good price which they said I would be paying a certain amount for a upgraded unit . Come to find out that same year the whole place is getting remodeled so my unit was not very upgraded and had fake floor which wasn’t even installed correctly . Worst Place! When I see people tour this place I literally want to scream “DONT MOVE HERE”!!! This place is infested with roaches, I had to call a different pest control because the sorry maintenance people suck here. My downstairs neighbor smokes and I can literally smell it through my vents. Told the front office about it, did nothing! They’re not sound proof. Not impressed Just moved out of here few months ago amenities weren't up to par and they charged us outrageous moveout fees that were unnecessary it was a disappointment
