Good Apartment, Bad Maintence The apartments that I stay in are very affordable. But there is the "CONSTENT" maintenance work order that you put in moths ago pops up at your door at the wrong time. Nice neighborhood and shopping everywhere.
Just gets worse We have lived here for a few years now, and it just gets worse. When we moved in, the carpet was shredded, paint peeling off the walls, and a cabinet in the kitchen was broken. It took a year to get that cabinet fixed. The bottoms of the cabinets under the sinks have fallen apart, much like everything else. The management use to be nice, but since they have switched, they have been rude.
