Verified Renter I'm a new resident and loving my studio apartment so far! The amenities are great: a gym/fitness center with workout equipment essentials, a large outdoor pool, two dog parks, and more cool stuff. I like the rustic look & feel of the loft-style rooms. The leasing staff are really nice and sweet. Great location being in West Midtown with close proximity to entertainment and great spots to eat. Also, a shopping plaza with a grocery store, pet store, and other shops is just down the road. Doesn't get much better... read more

Verified Renter The elevators can use a monthly deep clean. Some animals will relieve themselves in the elevator and owners just leave it there. Over time that smell sits making the elevators nasty. I’ll also suggest repainting the stair wells to go with the new building aesthetic and look. Also, there are old vehicles in the parking garage that haven’t been moved for months.
