1016 lofts I love how well the grounds are kept. The environment offers live work options that can not be beat and extremely animal friendly. The gym is AWESOME !!! It has a great location. It is located in Atlanta's upper west side. The most wonderful restaurants, shops, and night life. The floor plans are the so spacious and very affordable for the area. 1016 Lofts boast high ceilings, large windows which let in tons of light, and open floor plans suitable for any lifestyle. It's an urban industrial oasis.
Excellent Loft Style Complex The apartments are constructed out of concrete on all sides, which reduces noise from neighbors by a lot. Concrete floors are easy to clean and can be dressed up by a rug. The appliances are higher quality than average and the oven, stove top, and dish washer are all larger than typical. The staff have always been polite and the maintenance staff usually fix problems within 18 hours. The location is perfect. Verified Renter We no longer have a dog wash station, we can't use the fire pit bc there hasn't been propane in it for actual years, the tv's in steam room have never worked, we no longer have a business center bc it's now a package room with people coming in and out all day and only 2 seats, and I don't get email blasts about neighborhood happenings although I've asked at least a thousand times. While I do love it here, these are issues for me.

Here's what I have to say about this place to future tenants: If your future apartment is on the side of the complex that faces the parking deck, beware that the noise from loud car engines, construction, and Compound and Republic Lounge will be consistent throughout the week. Don’t Move Here!! If I could give a 0 I would. It’s run poorly by the most unqualified management team possible. Even if you could look past the management office, Friday - Sunday nights are horrible. If you are not home by 8pm then expect to sit in traffic less than a block from the apartments. They don’t enforce their own parking rules, so even once you’re in the gate after an 20-30 minute traffic jam, you have to drive around the parking deck to find a spot not taken by nonresidential in the residents parking spaces. The rooms can... (Verified Renter) The rooms can become very humid, and the mold that forms on the windows and blinds is annoying. Otherwise I've enjoyed my stay.
