Maintenance needed So far, so good. There are some maintenance situations that need addressed. Neighbors are surprisingly quiet.
fair Not a bad place. Adequate kitchen, but always good on maintenance. Parking is a little full. It's disappointing the pool doesn't remain open to 10pm. Even if it's passed swimming hours, it would be nice to lounge up to 10pm. Just to read a book, relax after work, or even when waiting on laundry. Thanks!

Home Love living here. But people playing loud bass music after 11pm is ridiculous. The pool isnt always unlocked when it should be.
