When I was looking for a place to live after. Just moving here a little over a year and the state of Washington. I put in many applications... So I tried Williams investment. It's the best decision I made I had a goal of when I wanted to move in and they work with me and I got approved... The leasing agent in Lupe have woodland. Greens were amazing. Lupa is a great landlord, always willing to do what she can when you need something fixed or solving an issue. I really enjoy living here it’s a safe place, lived here for 5 years now and the apartments are so much bigger then anything brand new.
We want to say that the service here is fantastic you call up with a work order and even within a day they are on top of it and if they can't within the day they contact you immediately and set up a time. They have a maintenance young man his name is Trevor he is the best I have ever seen. The office is always there to help you no matter what.
Lupe Mundazo is the worst sluggish lady in the world. I had a great respect for her, but later she never picks up her phone call and doesn't reply on time. I'm saying this calmly if I were the owner, I would fire Lupe in the day one because her job is to help the residents and future residents promptly. I hope this property won't ignore this comment and make sure Lupe is working on a pace. Kindly request to ma sure she is working and if this is solved, I will be happy to give you 5 Star.
Most horrible, disrespectful, and lack of care for life that I have ever seen. These people do not care if u have mold, they do not care if u have rats, they do not care if u have an infestation of ants. They will do everything they can to pin all issues on you no matter how how much u keep clean or anything. Specifically Lupe is the absolute worst human who does not care for others. I am DISGUSTED by these people. I cannot wait to move when I am finally able. NEVER move here
