Multiple tenants have repeatedly submitted documented complaints regarding the lack of consistent heating in the winter and inadequate cooling in the summer. This place is absolute trash the heat in building 5 has not worked in over 2 months. Despite numerous complaints and service requests the management team ignores them all and lets us freeze. Why am I paying full rent for no heat this is absurd! Myself and others have filed complaints against them with the board of health and a few others are going as far as suing. Maybe this will make the lazy team get off their butt and do something, would not recommend coming here they do not care about tenants.
Absolutely trash, maintenance man trash Janelle not a good manager also trash . The assistant Tilly she’s great.now I’m not a disrespectful person but when you have three children and you’re on the fourth floor and the AC is on the lease but yet you don’t get AC and you only get AC twice for two weeks in the matter of three months of the summertime when it is supposed to be on it hasn’t been on. Visit a friend that lives there.Inside the apartment are gorgeous, outside beautiful. Ready to read this: if you are allergic to animal don't move there, unless you want to take allergy medication Every day,why didn't they put all animal in one building ? There's dog hair in hallway and stairs . Went by the property today to check it out and it is amazing! They are still putting the finishing touches in the place but I am so b impressed. Was hoping to pick up an application but filled one out online. I hope to be able to see it soon and hoping even more so to live there one day!
