Absolutely trash, maintenance man trash Janelle not a good manager also trash . The assistant Tilly she’s great.now I’m not a disrespectful person but when you have three children and you’re on the fourth floor and the AC is on the lease but yet you don’t get AC and you only get AC twice for two weeks in the matter of three months of the summertime when it is supposed to be on it hasn’t been on. My son and his girlfriend live in building 3 with my 5 month old granddaughter and they have not had any working AC in their building at all in a few months. This is a very serious matter especially when we have been having heatwaves for several weeks. My granddaughter can end up in the hospital with heat stroke. Their apartment hit 90 degrees last night and they had to leave and stay at a family members house because it is absolutely ridiculous that they have to be without central air. Management and maintenance staff are exceptional!Professional, compassionate,GREAT communication.Not fully occupied yet but that has nothing to do with management! It’s still being built!I Janel and Laura go out of their way to help you they are very hard workers and professional. they’re a great management team! I would highly recommend Woodland Cove
It's a good place to live. Only things that I wish would change is that they would add speed bumps to the property because people are constantly speeding and there are quite a few kids. And a few more washers and dryers because doing laundry is a pain when so many others are using them.
Went by the property today to check it out and it is amazing! They are still putting the finishing touches in the place but I am so b impressed. Was hoping to pick up an application but filled one out online. I hope to be able to see it soon and hoping even more so to live there one day!
