A friend lives there and well, grills are not allowed because of what the city says. Only the ugly thing was that they weren't warned and they threw out all of the residents. A quiet place to live, I have been there for many years, I would only like them to change the stove and the refrigerator, the rest is excellent, those who work in the office are kind people.
A good place, relaxed, clean with family recreation spaces, and safe areas...good place
