Being from a family of landlords, this building, management, maintenance and cleanliness was terrible. Management did not return the security deposit within 30 days and had to threaten legal action to get SOME of the money back. Once we got it back, there was deductions and no reasoning was provided, even though we had images and proof there was no damage and was clean. Landlord ignored our calls frequently.
